Chef’s Signature Menu, Excellent Wines
Diner à Point offers a fixed menu from where you choose three to six courses. Hereby I always use fresh and high quality ingredients. In my cooking i make use of very traditional to most modern cooking techniques. Of course i serve appropriate alternatives in case of special wishes from you or your guests.
Prior to dinner i serve 3 sgnature amuses with a glass of Cava or Champagne, if desired. After dinner i serve coffee and tea with friandises.
The menu is paired with special and high quality wines. These wines are always carefully selected by professional sommeliers.
Diner à Point services are designed to require just a separate space to do my work. The actual presence of a kitchen is not necessary. I leave after everything is cleaned up and without leaving any trace. Your table will be set with high quaity linen, chinaware, cutlery and glasses.
Because of my method and formula, prices are propotional to an equivalent restaurant visit. You are spared the possible exta costs and efforts involved when contracting a regular catering company.
